Learning and working together
The Action Learning Team Pitstop program will introduce you to the basic principles of action learning (why not action learning), the common thread running through all WIAL Netherlands programs.
It ensures that you learn how to really listen to each other as a team, learn to understand the context, have the real conversation and work on reflective capacity.
So that the team learns how to address complex problems and grows into a high performing team.
Instant returns for you
During the Action Learning Team Pitstop program, you will practice a lot and get a theoretical foundation that you will discuss with your colleagues.
You will get to know your colleagues better. As an action learning coach, develop the skill of linking management tasks and leadership style.
You will make more impact in coaching teams, Develop the skill of facilitating the team in complex problem solving. And you will learn to develop a higher level of psychological safety in the team.
What others are saying
"Most important conclusion for me is that when statements are used, the reflective thinking and learning process basically disappears immediately.
Action Learning leads to an important deepening of content and in addition, because of the psychological safety, also quickly leads to a close bond between the participants."
Danny de Ruiter
Manager, Dutch Handball Association
"The power of Action Learning is that the reflective thinking process ensures that statements have no place in the process.
Because everyone is curious from a basic attitude that it is 'our problem' that we can only solve in collaboration, a shared commitment emerges."
Mieke Donders
Program manager, Municipality of Utrecht
"By asking questions, we get to a deeper layer of the problem. That we lift the problem to a common problem and can take action on it.
This increases support. The problem and solutions belong to the group. And it works surprisingly easily."
Marco van Bers
Director Primary Education Foundation de Waarden
