Discover with colleagues how Action Learning can be used as a change tool in team culture and community of practice. Program is otherwise the same as the open enrollment for the Certified Action Learning Coach.

Tripple certification(CCE ICF, School Leaders Registry with 95% re-registration value and WIAL Global).
Upon successful completion of Certified Action Learning Coach process, participant receives the official certificate from WIAL Global. The participant can then enroll in the international registry for Certified Action Learning Coaches. The graduate is then authorized to add the title CALC after the name and use the CALC digital badge in all communications.
This is also valid to get the points and certifications for CCE ICF and those for re-registration (95%) for School Leaders.
All participants in the six day sessions will receive at least the Action Learning Practitioner Certificate of Participation.

Who is this program for?
The in-company program Certified Action Learning Coach is for organizations that want to use action learning for team development, growth to high performing, growth to learning organization, complex problem solving and changing team culture.
The organization decides to participate in the CALC together with a group of people from within the organization. These could include directors, managers, coordinators, product owners, scrum masters, project leaders, coaches, HR Business partners and any team member who wants to work on self-development and personal growth.
By both individually wanting to get more out of themselves and (their own) team while working with colleagues on development and complex problem solving across teams and departments.

It ensures that you learn how to really listen to each other as a team, learn to understand the context, have the real conversation and work on reflective capacity.
