The TMA (Talent Motivation Analysis) program for TEAMS is given at the WIAL Netherlands location or at the location of your choice.

€ 3,960, - excluding VAT. This amount includes:
- up to eight candidate reports for TMA (Talent Motivation Analysis)
- one team analysis of your choice on talents or competencies
- up to eight indivual coaching interviews
- one team interview on the overlap in talents and competencies

Time investment

Two hours for preparation and for completing the TMA test and one and a half days of on-site TMA coaching

Learn to better understand yourself and your team members

TMA assessment for TEAMS is an effective tool to better understand yourself and others in terms of drives, talents and resulting behaviors. Based on new insights, team effectiveness can be increased.

To investigate the contribution of personal drives and from them developable and non-developable talents and competencies to team performance, WIAL Netherlands chooses TMA (Talent Motivation Analysis) as an assessment tool.

Greater understanding of team behavior by increasing knowledge of behavioral preferences and developable competence preferences, gives less chance of conflict between personalities in the team.

Team TMA can be used in competency management as a full-fledged replacement for the job center, and can be developed and managed congruently with corporate values in the company.

Review with TMA whether the team has the desired competencies and whether additional talent may need to be recruited, where there is learning potential and to supplement individuals where competencies are not developable.

TMA provides great accuracy and precise information about team composition and team competencies that are aligned with HR competencies and IPM (Integrated Project Management). The TMA is based on positive psychology and helps to continuously develop talents/competencies and make development opportunities transparent from personal drives to learn.

TMA Method is an integrated system for strategic talent management and supports both employee and managers with clear and positively formulated selection, development and coaching tools.

The program

Learn to successfully increase the effectiveness of your team

This program TMA assessment for teams is conducted in a day and a half. Three weeks week prior to this day, each team member makes their personal TMA assessment online. Based on this, individual reports and a team report are produced.

Under the guidance of a certified TMA Action Learning Coach, insights are shared and discussed.

The program includes the following topics:

  • Learning to ask about one's personal characteristics
  • Learning to discuss drives, talents and how to optimize them for the team
  • Action-oriented learning to further develop talents
  • Increase team effectiveness

Who is this program for?

For ambitious teams looking for the next-step of their team performance development. This can be an existing team, but certainly also a newly formed team or a temporary agile or project team.

It concerns a team that wants to discover how they can make optimal use of the qualities in knowledge, experience, skills and communication styles, or whether they are still missing something in order to maximize team effectiveness.

WIAL Netherlands advises on the basis of the intake interview whether it is best to start with TMA or JTI first. This may also depend on the prior education of the people in the team, the degree of existing communication problems and the extent to which the team is already developed.

Learning and working together

During the program TMA assessment for TEAMS, the team is introduced to the basic principles of action-based learning, the common thread running through all WIAL Netherlands programs. Team members work together using individual talent reports to explore and increase TEAM effectiveness.

Under the guidance of the certified TMA - Action Learning Coach, you learn to question each other without judgment and without opinion and discover and learn to understand the context. This way of action learning ensures that you really listen to each other, learn to understand the context, have the real conversation and work on reflective capacity as individuals and as a team. Together you get to the heart of the problem, opportunity or challenge and together the team generates relevant solutions.
