OUR CONTRIBUTION TO A BETTER WORLD

In addition to the commercial organization in which we support organizations for a fee in their growth to high performing team and in the individual development of team members, WIAL has had the WIAL Better World Fund since 2015 to provide subsidized Action Learning services to community organizations and individuals around the world working to improve communities and lives worldwide.

GRENADA RED CROSS DISCOVERS POWER OF WIAL ACTION LEARNING

The WIAL Gives Back initiative helped several IFRC International Federation of the Red Cross entities solve their complex problems through Action Learning.

The team from Grenada shared their experience with the process and how it enabled them to create breakthrough solutions while developing individuals and the team.

ACTION LEARNING HAS A LASTING IMPACT ON A KENYAN KINDERGARTEN

ELEVATING LIFE IN THE SLUMS OF NAIROBI

Peter Muthaura, director of training and strategic partnerships for the Human Needs Project in Nairobi, Kenya, and a 2019 WIAL Better World Fund Scholarship recipient, discusses the work his organization is doing to help the people of Kibera, Africa's largest urban slum. The needs of a community of this size are many, but they have prioritized ways to help with a multifaceted mission.
