Future Leaders Program
Overview
To become a great leader, one must find their inner compass and stay true to it.
The Future Leaders Program will guide the participant to their true north by leading them on an engrossing journey, taking a deep dive in examining the strengths and weaknesses of their personal leadership style, and how it resonates to a larger group. FLP leverages leadership lessons from today’s top companies as well as the participant’s inner resources, and innate skills to pave a clear path to be a capable leader for the 4.0 and VUCA era.
FLP prompts participants to align their motivations, values, ethics, and leadership style to become a more confident, trusted, capable, and fulfilled leader.
Using the Harvard Business school model of real case business scenario with the surrounding facts and constraints, participants operate in an environment in which they assume the role of leaders who maneuver under pressure, make decisions with the understanding that their decisions could result in irreversible consequences, thus enabling them to embrace increasing leadership responsibility successfully throughout their career.
FLP will help participants acquire functional skills, conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, and important leadership skills like how to lead under pressure, champion change, build teams, and continuously develop their leadership style. Participants will gain deep insights to performance and people management processes to become SOUGHT LEADERS©.
