Global Managers Program
Overview
The GMP Curriculum aims to provide the participants with a deep understanding of critical business functions, equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to become transformational leaders and enable the participants to develop skills that accelerate their growth to reach the next level.
The Global Manager’s Program is a flagship program for developing highpotential mid to senior functional leaders who have been identified by their organizations to take on higher responsibilities. GMP was created to cater to the strongly felt need to create a world-class program to develop their high potential Managerial Leaders. The curriculum is endorsed by two of Europe’s Leadership and Occupational Learning organizations, whose appointed representatives review the program periodically and validate it for futuristic realities.
Key elements of the program
- PART TIME EXECUTIVE EDUCATION program across 3 months (Your Personal MBA Series Part 1)
- TMA profiling based assessment and development program
- 11 contact days (1 day every two weeks), classroom sessions that are based on action learning giving practical, useful and applicable concepts to the participants. The objective is to enable them TO THINK BEYOND THEIR FUNCTIONAL ROLE. These are anchored by practitioners who bring in life stories in addition to the case study approach
- COMPREHENSIVE ANDRAGOGY consisting of case based action learning, action learning projects, group exercises, experience sharing, leadership series and individual coaching
- Action Learning Projects that allow them to make a contribution to their organization in the AREAS OF STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE while they go through the program
- PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION through executive coaching that helps them realize their leadership potential
- Interacting and learning with other high-potential leaders from various organizations ACROSS DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES & SECTORS

Executive coaching
The program will continue delivering value after you return to work. To help you achieve the personal and professional goals you set for yourself during the session, the faculty will send you brief follow-up reminders. You will also be able to draw on a valuable network of peers for advice and support as you confront ongoing managerial challenges.
Therefore participant will get a personal one to one six hours Executive coaching during the course. A panel of Certified Coaches will deliver these sessions.
This could be a combination of digital and physical meetings.
Participant’s course of study
Through action learning, programmed knowledge, case studies, self-assessment tools, and dynamic group discussions, the program explores what it takes to be a successful manager and leader in today’s global economy. You will examine the concepts of effective people management, analyze cases on a mix of global companies and reflect on your own management challenges and goals.
Exploring the diverse elements of Managing—from managing yourself to developing your “contextual intelligence,” the program puts you on the path to becoming the “Global Manager” your company needs. You will delve into topics such as:

By completing the Global Managers Program succesfully Participants will be awarded with a worldwide accreditation of:
- 76 CPD credit points
- and ILM City & Guilds – in progress for level 5

Principal facilitator is Rajesh Misca PhD
Rajesh is an international very experienced coach. A real action learner and action researcher. Rajesh grew up in India and has lived and worked in 47 countries on 5 continents. Think for example of America, Romania, Germany and the Netherlands. Rajesh has been active as Learning & Development manager and coach for individuals and teams. Rajesh has a Master HRM, a PhD, is author of five books on coaching and is a much sought after speaker on the subject of coaching.
Rajesh is all about High Performance – in Talent Management and sports. He has a PhD in sports and has worked as a High Performance Coach with 3 World Cup teams for Cricket, was involved as a mentor with the Indian Wheelchair Basketball team for 2020 Paralympics, for which he received the top 3 mentor in the world award from EMCC, has been involved in a number of national cricket development stints with Singapore, Romania, Malaysia, and was high performing coach of three leading Ranji trophy teams and was part of the ICC Umpires panel. All this he combines with his broad cultural and sector experience in Talent Management and Learning Development.
Within WIAL Netherlands, Rajesh is and Action Learning Team Coach and lead teacher for the certified action learning programs Global Managers Program (GMP), Future Leaders Program (FLP), Coaching Fundamentals Program (CFP), Executive Coaching for Performance (ECP), Emotional Intelligence Coaching Professional (EICP), Super High Impact Feedback Techniques (S.H.I.F.T.) and EDUforLIFE.

€ 4.950,- excluding VAT.
This amount includes eleven training days with lunch, TMA assessment, graduation ceremony, certification of ILM and CPD and six hours of executive coaching.
