Synergy of head and body:
the key to effective leadership
Business Maestro allows the individual to become aware of the essential connection between head and body and what this does to yourself, your leadership and your team. We also map the head and body of the organization and together create a pathway how to embed both elements into the organization in a way that is accepted.
We do this through conducting and Action Learning thinking. Orchestra musicians are ultimately trained to read the character of the individual and translate it directly into their music. The music is the direct reflection of your leadership.
Your personal repertoire
A leader unconsciously reflects his own personality to his team. How would that sound in music? Authentic leadership is not imitating a formula for success, but rather making your personal repertoire your own. This begins with an awareness of your body and progresses through listening skills and vulnerability to a higher level of consciousness where intuition, connection and relaxation surface as results.
You will work with your own head, body and leadership qualities and we will do this through the world of music, movement and Action Learning.
Furthermore, the universal values behind the words quality, love and flow will be explored and at the end you will give a concert with the ensemble.
Professionalize the use of your whole body
Participants will gain insight into the special world of the symphony orchestra. Your way of conducting, your degree of connection and your attitude make the music sound a certain way, which, thanks to practical Action Learning translation, provide a broader view of personal leadership, communication, creativity and authenticity.
Especially now a surprising program, different from others, at a time when many are searching for their essence and where change and development is the norm. Three days of inspiration, conducting classes, discussion and dialogue, in an environment of music, with a touch of philosophy and lots of fun.
