Overview
Coaching For Performance is a key managerial skill. Managers are more productive when they adopt a coaching style; they are more influential and encourage innovation and accountability.
“Executive Coaching for Performance” qualification provides a space in which these professionals can develop new insights to lead, work, and achieve ambitious results. It Provides space to practice how they can integrate simple coaching competencies to generate a big impact in daily work!
ECP develops capability to be a professional Executive / workplace Coach, systematically grounded in the skills, principles, and ethics of performance coaching. With the triple qualifications from ILM, CMI, BCC certified program, we facilitate your development to a global professional level of competence.
We train motivated and talented people to become Executive Coaches, fully capable of coaching others to enhance their performance and, most importantly, deliver on their fullest potential, thus building their career.
Key elements of the program
- Specialized Workplace Coaching and Mentoring program focused on Performance Coaching
- Introduces participants to Assessment and Development based coaching process
- 4 days Action Learning Facilitation (32 hours) + 15 hours guided coaching practice + 45 hours individual coaching practice – spread over 2 months
- Very interactive experiential and action learning program that assumes no prior coaching knowledge and aims to help you learn in a fun and exciting way involving many exercises, case studies and brainstorming to enable you to return to your organization as practicing workplace coach.
- Participants will learn through practice effective but basic skills of coaching focusing on results, creating space for themselves and for partner’s development, delegation, or empowerment through appreciative inquiry and action learning.
- Improve Results in employee performance and engagement through well executed, regular feedback a coaching conversations and gain confidence in holding authentic and honest conversations that have the answer to transform relationships, behavior, and the wider workplace culture.
The program consists of
- 6 Mandatory modules delivered over 4 days of Action Learning Facilitation (30 hours)
- Induction and introduction to Workplace coaching (2 hours)
- Coaching Fundamentals program
- Unit 1 – Understanding good practice in workplace coaching and mentoring
- Unit 2 – Reflecting on workplace coaching skills
- Unit 3 – 60 hours of Extended workplace coaching (15 hours guided + 45 hours of contracted individual practice)
- Submission of evidence of workplace coaching done through journals, diaries, recordings etc.
Coaching and Supervision
- Participants gain 7/15 hours of supervised coaching from 30 hours Action Learning Facilitation
- Participants will have 4 x 2 hours fortnightly virtual group Supervision completing the remaining 8/15 hours of supervision
- Participants need to complete 45 hours of individual, contracted coaching (minimum 5 individuals or team with a minimum of 5 members)
- Minimum coaching time should not be less than 4 hours per coachee.
- Coaching contract to be signed with at least a minimum charge of 1 Euro per hour per coachee
- Extended workplace coaching by the participant should be completed within 2 calendar months from the last Action Learning Facilitation date.
Participant’s course of study
Using latest in Experiential and Action learning techniques, participants will be taken on a journey that will see them learning:
- Fundamentals of Workplace and high-performance team coaching
- Understand the differences between and nuances of coaching, mentoring, counselling, and therapy
- A comprehensive coaching approach to help people improve performance and manage those performance challenges.
- Utilize coaching to increase business results by expanding the potential and performance of direct reports
- To create a culture of core competencies that leads to coaching conversations throughout the organization
- To create consistent methodology of coaching that increases performance and supports the company’s growth.
- To leverage their coaching strengths while learning capabilities and techniques to increase organizational influence.
Qualification
By completing the Executive Coaching for Performance – ILM Level 3 Level Workplace Coaching and Mentoring program participants will be eligible for triple certification as a Workplace Coach from:
- ILM (Level 3), CMI (Recognized)*, BCC (60) *, and 46 CPD Credit points
- Post nominal letters from ILM and BCC (Board Certified Coach)

Principal facilitator is Rajesh Misca PhD
Rajesh is an international very experienced coach. A real action learner and action researcher. Rajesh grew up in India and has lived and worked in 47 countries on 5 continents. Think for example of America, Romania, Germany and the Netherlands. Rajesh has been active as Learning & Development manager and coach for individuals and teams. Rajesh has a Master HRM, a PhD, is author of five books on coaching and is a much sought after speaker on the subject of coaching.
Rajesh is all about High Performance – in Talent Management and sports. He has a PhD in sports and has worked as a High Performance Coach with 3 World Cup teams for Cricket, was involved as a mentor with the Indian Wheelchair Basketball team for 2020 Paralympics, for which he received the top 3 mentor in the world award from EMCC, has been involved in a number of national cricket development stints with Singapore, Romania, Malaysia, and was high performing coach of three leading Ranji trophy teams and was part of the ICC Umpires panel. All this he combines with his broad cultural and sector experience in Talent Management and Learning Development.
Within WIAL Netherlands, Rajesh is and Action Learning Team Coach and lead teacher for the certified action learning programs Global Managers Program (GMP), Future Leaders Program (FLP), Coaching Fundamentals Program (CFP), Executive Coaching for Performance (ECP), Emotional Intelligence Coaching Professional (EICP), Super High Impact Feedback Techniques (S.H.I.F.T.) and EDUforLIFE.
