Who is this program for?

This course is for anyone who is in a leadership role or is a (team) coach.

Examples of participants include: directors, managers, quartermasters, coordinators, product owners, scrum masters, project leaders and coaches.

Certification

Step 1 Action Learning Facilitator

You will be trained as an Action Learning Facilitator.
For this you will receive a certificate of participation upon completion from WIAL Netherlands.

Step 2 International Certification
If you want to go for international certification after this six-day training and receive CALC status, we will support you in this process.
Completing the six-day CALC training is a requirement to go up for international certification.

Continued
After the CALC, we can guide you in the process of growing into PALC (Professional Action Learning Coach).
