What does the Action Learning Quartermaster do?

The Action Learning Quartermaster advises, guides and secures the intent of the change.

The Action Learning Quartermaster does this by translating your wishes and requirements into an Action Learning program in your organization. In consultation with the people within your organization, a timeline is devised to implement and secure the intent of the change.

The Quartermaster of WIAL Netherlands monitors the process and preferably starts small with for example the MT to let it develop organically based on the intention. This allows effective adjustment based on observations and reflection to increase impact where possible during the process.

Among other things, the Quartermaster will provide the right WIAL Netherlands Action Learning Coaches to facilitate your teams, the train the trainer program and mentorship for your internal Action Learning Facilitators based on which your organization will be enabled to continue to develop at the point when WIAL Netherlands has completed its task.

Part of the program the Action Learning Quartermaster will conduct on your premises and depending on the assignment may be 1 to 3 days a week at your site working with teams, aligning work, sharing and learning new insights and facilitating information exchange in accordance with net-centric working.

The Action Learning Quartermaster is an expert in the field of Action Learning and has mastered the dynamics of the Action Learning operating model and Team Performance Loop and is highly experienced and knowledgeable in the area of business administration and change of teams and organizations.
