What others are saying

"Most important conclusion for me is that when statements are used, the reflective thinking and learning process basically disappears immediately.

Action Learning leads to an important deepening of content and in addition, because of the psychological safety, also quickly leads to a close bond between the participants."

Tom Dalderup

"I am energized by the program and proud to be part of a larger network of Al-individuals making workplaces better 'worlds' for individuals, teams and organizations alike."

Ioana Bolog

"By asking questions, we get to a deeper layer of the problem. That we lift the problem to a common problem and can take action on it.

This increases support. The problem and solutions belong to the group. And it works surprisingly easily."
