Deborah has a lot of experience in different directions. Such as government, education and as a trainer/teacher. After training as a Sports Instructor (CIOS), she obtained her 1st-degree teaching qualification at the Academy of Physical Education (ALO).

In her work in government, she has shaped the need to help others develop by working as a supervisor, manager and project leader. Not only the development of others, but also her own development has not stood still. With the trainings middle management, project manager PRINCE 2, postgraduate training in change management and the master training in Tax Law, Deborah has ensured this. This enables her to look at situations from different perspectives without judgment. Everyone has their own view from their own perspective.

As a trainer and teacher, Deborah has been active for many years, where learning, confidence and humor are key. 

In the end, the most important thing for Deborah is to help people move forward in their own strengths. Not telling them how to do it but thinking for themselves. This is why she not only chose to follow the CALC training, but also to become a partner of WIAL Netherlands. Getting the real problem to the surface, using the different perspectives to reach a supported solution together. With her powers of observation and analysis in the upper and lower stream, Deborah can contribute to the growth of the individual, the team and the organization like no other.
