Ilona has extensive experience within education, healthcare and other large government agencies such as municipalities and implementing organizations. In this she has held various positions of supervisor, administrator, director, quartermaster, program manager and teacher. Within the various positions change and development of teams has been central. 

By following several studies such as master's degree in public administration, law, accountancy, psychology and HR, a broad basis has been laid for quickly scanning an organization and helping to uncover the real problem. From different perspectives, multidisciplinary thinking is possible. 

In 2018, she completed her action learning MBA after which she further specialized in leadership and change management and Action Learning Coaching through various master classes. 

Within WIAL Netherlands, Ilona is supportive as a partner and as a WIAL Netherlands Action learning Coach in all kinds of sectors and disciplines in the development of personal leadership and growth as a team.
