As a socially engaged son from an entrepreneur(s) family in the technical sector, Pieke has switched several times between entrepreneurship, management roles and/or working in healthcare and education. This brings with it a broad background as: Physical education teacher, Economist, Orthopedagogue, manager, director(-administrator) and now Interim professional and Action Learning Coach.

In his career, Pieke has supervised various change processes, cultural developments and restructuring as well as building strategic alliances and forms of partnerships and chain networks.
His ability to quickly and clearly put the interests, values and concerns of involved parties on the table and arrive at common goals has proven to be an important quality.

Former colleagues and co-workers describe Pieke as analytically strong, results-oriented and with the ability to translate seemingly complicated matters into matter that can be understood by everyone. An eye for the big picture, but without losing sight of the small. Humor and tranquility are always present.

Pieke is driven to bring the mutual cooperation, communication and quality of thought exchange in teams to a higher level. This from the conviction that every professional wants to get the most out of himself and is facilitated with Action Learning because together with colleagues he can do this at a higher level. In this way he wants to contribute to meaningful work and meaningful relationships in the workplace.

Within WIAL Netherlands, as a partner and as a WIAL Netherlands Action Learning Coach, Pieke is supportive in personal leadership development of team members and in growth as a team in a variety of sectors and disciplines.
