Esther has extensive experience within the government where she has held various management positions especially in the physical domain. In her various roles she has guided and pulled many change processes which were inextricably linked to the development of organizations and individual professionals.

A key strength of Esther is that she quickly understands the dynamics of a team and organization and is able to assist in translating into the necessary (organizational or individual) change tasks often striving for "operational excellence" in a visible way.

By attending various training programs, she has laid a broad foundation that can be applied in unraveling problems. This unraveling is necessary to arrive at a structured approach to improvements. In 2014 she completed her action learning MBA after which she further specialized in change management and Action Learning Coaching through various master classes.

Within WIAL Netherlands, as a partner and as a WIAL Netherlands Action learning Coach, Esther is supportive in all kinds of sectors and disciplines in the development of personal leadership and growth as a team.
