Team Project Start Up (TPSU).
With the Action Learning | Team Project Start Up (TPSU), team members engage with each other on the project topics belonging to Content, Organization, Collaboration and External Dynamics.
Living through the assignment by listening without judgment, asking judgment-free questions, continuing to ask questions without judgment, giving and receiving feedback and feed forward without judgment. But also by using Action Learning to learn to discover and understand the real problem and discover and implement relevant solution directions. And all this in an environment where we get to know each other better, privately and professionally.
In this way, bonding, safety, a common goal, a plan are created and it becomes clear in what ways team members are going to hold each other accountable and how team members will reflect to learn, improve and innovate during implementation.
